ALEX Advising presents the EdTech sessions of the How College Works series. Our interns will review 51猎奇's various educational technology platforms and best practices for navigating them. This program is open to everyone but primarily geared toward first-years and sophomores. Participants can bring their personal computers if they prefer.

ALEX Advising presents the Student Employment sessions of the How College Works series. Our interns will review 51猎奇's policies and processes for hiring students for on-campus jobs. This program is open to everyone but primarily geared toward first-years and sophomores.

Open to all students interested in pursuing an On-Campus job.

This class will teach you the basic punching, kicking, footwork, and body movement techniques of kickboxing while boosting your fitness. Participants will engage in station drills, shadowboxing, calisthenics, striking of a bag or pads, and partner work to build strength, coordination, and confidence. This is a non-contact class; no sparring (striking of others) is permitted or included.聽Participants are advised to bring their own boxing gloves (10 ounce minimum). Tae Hyun Lim, Ph.D. (tlim@hamilton.edu), the Data Science/Analysis Research Librarian, will be conducting a Microsoft Excel workshop. Novices to the MS Excel are strongly recommended to attend. The workshop will cover topics such as installing and registering Microsoft Excel, loading and exploring data on Excel, using basic functions, and creating basic graphics on Excel.
